Through a compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented coaching process, Erik works with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that foster resilience, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and promote well-being.

Erik earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University in 2021. Following several years of experience in professional administrative roles, he pursued advanced clinical training through Walden University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's program and is expected to graduate later this year.

Erik's counseling approach emphasizes helping clients gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while maintaining a practical, solution-focused orientation. He believes that meaningful change occurs through a balance of self-understanding, intentional action, and a strong therapeutic partnership. His work focuses on empowering clients to build on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create fulfilling, purpose-driven lives.
